日本を代表する4人のシェフに焦点を当て、ユニークで洗練された食文化の背後にある真実を探るドキュメンタリー作品。2021年にスペイン最大の映画祭「第69回サン・セバスティアン国際映画祭」にて、食をテーマとするCulinary Zinema部門で上映されました。この作品全般の撮影チームとして参加いたしました。

This documentary film explores the truth behind a unique and sophisticated culinary culture, focusing on four leading Japanese chefs, and was screened in the Culinary Zinema section at the 69th San Sebastián International Film Festival, the largest film festival in Spain, in 2021. We participated in the filming of the entire film as a member of the film crew.
